They were clean and professional, and my job was permitted. I was happy with the outcome. It took about 2 1/2 weeks due to permitting for my job to be completed.

Excellent workmen. They were on time and did great work. They took special care to keep everything as clean as possible and constantly checked to make sure I was happy with the progress. In addition, they are very dog friendly and very courteous. I would highly recommend them. I hired them for one project (patio room) and ended up using them for a bathroom remodela nd replacemnt of all closet doors because I ws so pleased with their work.

I've had many contractors over the years, everything from room additons to building a pool and I've never had the nightmare that this contractor gave me. The bathroom remodel took 7 weeks and it was the worst experience I've had with any contractor. Some days they showed up dropped off a couple of semi skilled laborers who needed constant supervision from me since there was no one from the company to guide them. I was told they would all be company employees who spoke english, but that was not the case. Several days no one even showed up and I spent the day calling and waiting for work to be done. I had to hire a skilled electrician etc.

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
Pushy salesman who wnated to do more than we wanted. Hired to replace kitchen cabinets. Installer was rude and did a poor quality job. Extra mile came back to fix the problems but we were unhappy with how the job went for us. They were nice but I lost faith in them as the job progressed. I was also not happy with Servicemagic. I was flooded with calls for estimates for what seemed like call centers and not specific companies. I would not use Servicemagic again, either.

I was very pleased with dealing with this company. I was most impressed with their ' do what they say' ethics and even if it wasn't written in the contract. Dean made every effort to make sure we were happy with the project and kept us informed. I feel they were a pleasant and honest company which helped ease my 'deal with a contractor fears'. I will go to them in the future as they were reasonably priced and gave me quality job while keeping with my wants for the project in mind.

Make sure you know everything you want done, because their add-ons are rather high. Their workers are very good. They work hard with only a half hour lunch break, and theyare very accommodating and friendly.

Hello, Pictures or words do not do justice to how lovely our bathroom remodel truly is. The transformation is absolutely wonderful. We have been showing all of our friends, family, and coworkers. The team of employees at Extra Mile are excellent. Professional, friendly, and they respectful of your home during the remodel. They made sure to clean up after each day of work. If possible ask for Sharon or Tim to be your project manager.
