The contractor was fine. He showed up on time, the day that he was supposed to. We wanted a quarterly service, and it's important for us that he can come early in the morning or late in the evening. there seems to be some hesitancy on the on his flexibility on that. Although in the end he'd agreed to it. We'll see if he does what he said he will do.

Project: Control or Inspect for Termites
Exterm-It All came very quickly and assessed the my termite damage and options. Warren even look at some other areas of concerns and reassured me that the issues I was worried about were not related to the termites in my walls. He was very knowledable and took as much time as I needed to be sure of how I wanted to proceed. He then came with his assistants within 4 business days and trenched around my entire house to set the chemical where it needed to be. Prices were exceptional from what I reviewed on line and got quotes. I'm now turning over my regular business to them.

Project: Pest Control - Termite
After the Extermination, Warren went above and beyond; swept off my patio. I would recommend him to anyone, of course. The first impression he made was phenomenal, his trucks are lettered, his equipment is new and he showed up in a uniform; his crew was as well impressive.
