Exterior Solutions owns and operates our own dumpsters that are small and yard friendly. Most work requires only a $100 deposit and the balance is collected when the job is completed. This is how confident we are that you will be completely satisfied. Warranties range from 10 year craftsmanship on all our work to lifetime for complete project, depending on product choice. The average roof install is completed in one day - with complete sight cleanup including magnetized nail pickup. We offer 24 hour assistance. this rating is provided w/i 1 wk of project completion, therefore not evaluating the performance of the new roof or svc level in event of problems. thru quoting, sales, scheduling, and job completion phases, Exterior Solutions did a fantastic job. office was prompt in responding to our request, flexible with time to come out when it was convenient for us, competitive in comparison to others quoting the job, prompt sched, and the crew that came to do the job was especially kind, considerate, and you could tell cared about the job and took the time to do it right. good cleanup too.

In the end the project was completed to my satisfaction. But the execution of what was promised was unacceptable. The one day job took two months. It cost alot of time and inconvenience. The sales rep did respond each time I reached out to him, but I had to initiate every time.

Tthey came when they say they would. Did there work in a timely maner. We did have to call them back to fix the ridge cap. (it looked crocked). They also spilled adhesive on a small additions flat roof. They cleaned it the best they could (after it had dryed). The money was just as they quoted. They only added the price of a second dumster after finding that our roof had an 4th layer that they had to strip.(only qouted the 3 we knew about) The head of the crew was english speaking was not on the job site the entire job (making corections more difficult).

The team started in time and worked hard to try to finish the job in one day. Few things not finished in the first day, were finished next day. Make sure you understand the contract well, as that will be used in case of conflicting opinions. The roof was well done, the yard cleaned well and, overall, we are very happy with the work.

From the start, I was very comfortable with Exterior Solutions, Inc. They worked hard and cleaned up well and finished on schedule. However, the crew placed their equipment in the garden and walked on the flowers and plants, removed the compost fence and did not replace it, left-over materials were kept but NO CREDIT was given. I also had scheduling issues and was promised a gas card to compensate my frustration and I eventually received it. For these reasons I must downgrade to a 4 star rating and will conditionally recommend to others. The work was acceptable but looking back the pricing was not, way overcharged with no materials/labor breakdown.

Quick response to request. Knowledgeable and friendly sales person whose communication was excellent. Crew showed up on time and completed the job displaying quality workmanship. Clean up was impeccable and there were no surprises on the final invoice.
