John from Exterior Concrete was the first to call and the first to offer a time at my convenience for a bid. John was very helpful and he really went the distance on trying to help me with some ideas on our entry, patio, and pad in front of our garage.  He made a follow up calls after his bid and accepted some changes that we had made right before we accepted his proposal.  There was many emails making sure I got what I wanted.  Great  customer service! <br />After we accepted the  bid he came over a few days later and had all the forms, walkways and back patio laid out and graded. There was a grade issue with my sloped back yard and he was more than willing to change the design so I didn't get shorted or overcharged.  Like I said, great customer service. <br />After the pour we ended up having a small punch list of things that we had concerns with. John called me right back that evening, he came over the following morning to see what I was concerned with.  John got right on the ball fixing what could be fixed and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the finished work. <br />John is a stand up guy and when there is a problem he was on the ball trying to fix it for me and really wanted to make sure I was happy with my new concrete.  Not one time did he make excuses, he just wanted to make things right. <br />After John sealed the stamped entryway  with some special sealer, it looks better than I expected, it really looks nice. Oh, don't forget the sealer it is what really makes the stamping jump out at you.  After seeing the difference between sealed and not sealed I wouldn't have it any other way. <br />If you want a hard working honest man, who stands behind his company's workmanship, has very reasonable prices along with excellent stamping, call John,  from Exterior Concrete.  I would use him again. <br />
