the contractor had to come back again to correct a simple replacement of toilet parts since the water kept running nonstop until they fixed it. all communication is done on the phone with somebody else not with repairman over the phone but somebody came back to fix it within 45 minutes. however things like that should be fixed and checked before leaving the client

I wish they did it all! They were puntcual, professional, friendly and did a great job! They are a family company and they care. They even responded in a time of personal tragedy. And, their charges were more than fair. I will never call another plumbing company. Thank you Peggy and family for providing such exceptional service.

They did an EXCELLENT job. Joseph came and looked at ALL plumbing work and suggested and explained why he felt things needed to get done. Then when he came back to do the job, he did so with no complaint and did an excellent job. Showed everything he was doing, why he was doing it, how he did it. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Running behind schedule, service tech arrived more than 2 hours after scheduled time, but may have been unavoidable. The service technician went right to work and was intent on solving the clogged drain problem. Drain runs better than ever. Tech was knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely will use Express Rooter in future.
