We requested assistance on a Saturday with only 2 days notice. Express Pest Control's owner was very helpful over the phone and was able to come to the house earlier than expected. I really appreciated the time and effort taken and his thoroughness. I chose this company because of their website.

Al contacted me right after receiving my request for a quote. He was courteous and professional. He gathered as much information as he could as to the nature of my problem and explained the company policy quite clearly. I was pleased that there were a couple different options for his service. I agreed to have him do the work. He showed up exactly on time, reviewed the problem areas, discussed his findings, then set about doing the work. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he made me feel confident that he was the man for the job.

Al from Express Pest Control called me within minutes of submitting my request - even though it was a Sunday. Although extremely busy, he scheduled an appointment for Tuesday to handle my problem. After a thorough investigation, Al found where the carpenter ants were entering the house, explained to me my options, and then sprayed the perimeter of the house to eliminate the problem. I can not say enough how terrific Al was - he was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and honest. He is truly an expert in his field. Thank you!

al was considerare kind and very nice and helped me alot im disabled and a lot of people take advantage of us so al was honest and up front and he worked with me to solve my problem and im going to hire him for my spider problem in the spring.
