Despite a request to discuss the lack of professionalism, the owner never contacted us and charged our credit card for the full amount with no consideration for the lack of quality and installation issues. After installation we had to request that the installer return to staple down multiple areas and address a section where the carpet did not meet the edge. No sense of urgency at all. The job took five days, the guy was late by an hour and a half each time he was supposed to show up, we were without a toilet for two full days, and he tried charging us more than the bid that we agreed on, stating that we weren't paying him enough to do all of the work. He broke a piece on our toilet, and tried making us pay for a plumber to come out and repair it, stating that it has been broken for awhile. He had a friend come out and fix the toilet, and his friend had to caulk the tub for us, because Justin said it was our responsibility, and not his. The door did not get put back on, and our carpet is raised because he didn't secure it properly. The positive thing is that the flooring looks great, but it really was not worth all of the trouble.
