I had told them I had a microfiber couch and loveseat. All the other quotes I got were for a dry cleaning process which would have in the end been better for my fabric. It took hours for the couch to dry it was so wet. Had I known this was how they were going to clean it, I could have saved myself the $100 and done it with my home cleaner. The guys who came were on time and professional so I have no complaints about that.

I called to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning specifcally from pet mishaps. I was expecting a 2 - 3 day lead time and they were there within an hour. The work was prompt and professional and I would definitely use them again.
