Technician was friendly and professional, he was running slightly late however the office let me know and that part of it was well handled. I did knock off one star because the project was quoted between $150 and $170 based on my square footage over the phone and the bill was $100 more than that, payment options were also limited to check or cash. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the clean which cost another star. The carpets were very wet and took 3 days to dry. When they did dry there was a stiff chemical feel to the carpet in particular in the closets and corners where not all of the cleaner was extracted.

We apologize if Aaron was not completely satisified.Had he contacted our office, we would have taken care of any of his concerns as we guarantee our workmanship 100%.This was a foreclosure home and the carpets had been left heavily soiled and we had to do many more cleaning passes and the carpets take longer to dry.We always strive to give the most accurate phone estimates as possible, but if there is more sq footage when we arrive, the actual bill may be more (or less in some cases).We have always taken credit cards, so Aaron had that option in addition to cash or check. We have soft water tanks on our truck, so carpet is always left softer.

Schedulers got the appointment day mixed up by one week, but Express sent a person to keep the appointment at the right time. Professional and fast. All in all, a good experience.
