In less than 1 hour from the time I requested help on the Service Magic website, I had 2 calls from the recommended plumbers. I used Express because they could come out to my house sooner. The job was done quickly and I am so relieved. The service technician was polite and professional and fast.

I Hired The Express Sewer & Drain Company because they were willing to work with me & my special circumstances. I found them to be congenial,professional,of integrity & very "stand-up" guys. They were very prompt & didn't leave me hanging..they arrived when they stated they'd be there & they assessed the problem, gave me the estimate and completed the job then & there without delay. The plumbers who did the work were fantastic! We needed a lot of work done, and they were able to do it all. And they don't charge by the hour, so their price was very reasonable. They are professional, honest, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber!

They did a really good job and did use the camera to locate the blockage. they were very honest and not pushy with scare tactics about hiaving to replace things now or the price would be hirer, like another company who gave us a bid. They were two too nice, yourng, polite men. We are not able to plan and save for the replacement.

The technician was prompt and showed me the line down into the sewer drain owned by the City. He showed me the spot 2 feet from the sewer where roots had invaded and gave me an estimate to install a one way clean out so the City can clean it out in the future. I was a bit curious why he did not clean out that section better, but overall my problem was fixed and the service was good.

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Biggest complaint is that the technician did not replace the grass they dug up properly. It was uneven and had big gaps. I had to dig up the entire area and level it and replace it.
