Service was prompt. Service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He completely protected the area around the fireplace when he was working. The repair was completed in one visit, with a promise to return free of charge if the problem wasn't completely fixed.

The technician who repaired my fireplace when no one else could or would did so expeditiously, professionally and courteously. He wasted no time accessing the problem and when he determined what was wrong fixed it immediately. He was in my home for less than one hour and when he left the only way that you knew that he was there was because the fireplace was working. Happy Thanksgiving.
