They were not at all familiar with the type of work I need done--don't know why they were recommended for the job. In fairness to them, they didn't claim any knowledge of this type of work--seems like servicemagic goofed

Gaspare was polite, friendly and concern about the problem I had with my shower faucet. He removed the Sigma faucet and stated that I need a pressure balance cartridge to stop the dripping. Unfortunately Blackman plumbing where I purchased this faucet 8 years ago does not sell them anymore. it took me two weeks to find the cartridge. I immediately called Gaspare, he came the next day and fixed my problem. Good job Gaspare, no more dripping.

Gaspare and his crew were fantastic. They did the job quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. They went out of there way not to damage. In fact they were able to do the job without breaking up the concrete, which other contractors stated they had to do. I highly reccommend them and will be utilizing them again when needed.

Gaspar did a fantastic job, and even threw in some extras. He is a pleasure to deal with, very reasonably priced. He explained what needed to be done and why, and did exactly what he said he would. Glad to have found him!
