Daniel always showed up exactly when he said he would right on time & explained everything in detail. Robert & crew of workers were amazing. We quickly learned that this crew was going to keep any messes to a minimum and they always did a great job cleaning up. They found structural problems, explained them perfectly (also offered for us to hire someone else to correct the problems if we wanted) and we had them fix the problems and they did a great job. The kitchen is beautiful. We were worried about little details, but Robert knew every detail and made sure everything was perfect. They did brilliantly with every aspect of our kitchen!

Make sure you have a clear understanding of what the project include and does not include. The workers are great and very professional so is the whole team.

This customer utilized the FHA 203k loan process to renovate a low income, 2-unit dwelling on the West side of Chicago. His scope of work and pricing was taken straight from his 203k inspector's cost anaylsis spreadsheet. We completed the entire scope of work, in addition to other owner requested items, and had this customer and the 203k inspector sign off that the project was completed to their satisfaction. In the end, it took us over 3 months to get paid on our final invoice (a substantial amount I may add) and the balance has not been paid in full to this day. We are disappointed to see an average rating after all our efforts.

Overall I had a good experience. I have hired many contractors and I would hire exclusive again for important work. Positively, they had excellent, prompt customer service and communicated increases in scope well. As a negative, the price was on the high side to begin with and changes to the contract were also high in my opinion. However, we negotiated the final amount agreeably. The quality was good, with only a few items requiring correction at the end of the project. The job site was kept reasonably clean and the crew was flexible with access. The payment schedule was reasonably paced with the progress of work.

The expenses involved with operating and maintaining a professional small business with high quality craftsmanship, extended warranty, and superior customer service can have effect on our pricing structure. However, we try very hard to remain competitive and always listen to our clients if they are not comfortable with our estimates.

We are very happy with the work. Thanks for keeping the place clean, for completing the work in a timely fashion, and for the quality craftsmanship. It came out exactly like we wanted.

Robert created a detail list of every thing that would be done before the contract was signed along with allowances for stuff like tubs,tile etc. All the way through the process he keep us informed and was very open to several changes we made along the way most at no cost. Workers kept everything clean and I even got compliments from my old German neighbor which is not the norm. I'm not one to haggle much and I never felt like I had to with Robert in fact some parts of the job turned out a lot better than I had thought they would. Good attention to detail.

Responded quickly to request; met me to pick out cabinet and sink. Installation was painless; work was clean and price was right.
