Project: Build an Addition
Exclusive Design is a top notch operation. They are trustworthy, accomadating, hard working and precise. They did the best construction work I have ever seen. Our kitchen & 2 baths turned out better then we could have imagined with no complications. All quality materials are suggested & used and our re-model looks ever bit of it! I wouldn't hesitate to call on Fernando Avila and his team again (if I can afford him, LOL) He is well worth the money!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Fernando Avila from Exclusive Design and his crew did a fantastic job on my master bath remodeling and installing crown molding throughout my home. Fernando is a perfectionist and a true professional. He provides quality, excellent service and attention to detail that truly sets him apart from others. He listens and understands what you really want in your project. His recommendations were invaluable. Fernando is wonderful to work with and was always available to discuss my project. His crew was on time, professional and very neat. I love my new bathroom and crown molding and highly recommend Fernando Avila.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Fernando and his team did a great job on two bathroom remodels (January 2011). I appreciate that Fernando was involved throughout the entore process for discussions and guidance. He was always just a call away. His team are were on time and completed the work very well and on timeline. The end product was exactly as expected and the team left the house perfectly clean and all materials removed off-site. I would DEFINITELY recommend Fernando and his team to others.

Due to my mother's health challenges, modifications had to be made to our master bathroom. I contracted with Exclusive Design Contracting, Inc. We are extremely pleased with the professional job that was done. They are reliable and easily accessible. Recommendations for design were functional, creative and much appreciated. The work ethic and workmanship of the craftsmen is among the best. Any concerns were immediately addressed. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this company 11 for total satisfaction.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Fernando Avila at Exclusive Design is a solid professional and a pleasure to work with: a real A+. Exclusive Design did an excellent job in a down-to-the-studs remodel of our bathroom. The team was on-time every morning and worked a full day every day. They went above-and-beyond by leveling the flooring, rerouting electrical, and installing new marble slab in the shower. They were unbelievably careful, protecting our property like it was their own. I watched them haul a 350 lb cast iron tub up narrow stairs, not even grazing the wall once. What a great team! We were thrilled with the results, which are truly gorgeous. Thank you!
