Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
After 3 1/2 years of delaying this project, I called Rick Chmar to ask him to re-evaluate my roof. He was very responsive and worked me into his schedule on short notice. We agreed on a price and a timeline for completion of the project. The work was done on time without any hassles or extra phone calls to the contractor. Excel was not the cheapest quote, but they were the most knowlegable and I had confidence in their reliability. If you need a complete roof shingle replacement, Call Excel Remodeling.

As a referral I hired Excel Remodeling for entire roof installation. They quickly called I received a fair estimate. The job was professionally completed on time, to the customers specifications all other related issues were handled promptly. Clean up after the job was excellent as well. They work with the customer to YOUR satisfaction.. I would highly recommend Excel Remodeling to anyone who would like great job !! I too, would use them again.

The guys came and went right to work. They had the roof striped down in no time flat. Very good work. The service people were very clean and neat. The grounds were left clean and in perfect condition.

Excel remodelling came to the house and gave me a bid that was only $200 higher than the bid I had from another contractor. They matched the bid. They came in and did the roof in one day. The only bad part was that I still see lots of nails around my property. The clean up was not thorough. I suspect it was because it snowed prior to the installation. Overall a good job.
