Services performed:Cleaned home from floor to ceiling every inch touched.Walls were washed,removed major scuffing.Wood floors polished,tiled surfaces were sealed.Carpeted areas were cleaned.Yes,carpet technician forgot one closet for which he returned to recelean.Home was in major disrepair.Cabinetry was installed in 1971 and never serviced. Advised client that when wiping with a white paper towel it will always leave a brown residue due to the condition of the shelves.Please see uploaded photos under H.Iwai.
