Beautiful concrete work. However there was no follow up by owner to see if there were any concerns or questions. The workmen didn't return everything back in the yard that they had displaced. That should have been done.

He arrived an hour late. What I needed was someone to show me what needed to be done to fix my problem. I did learn, but he talked so fast, like he was in a big hurry, it was hard to keep up with him. That was the night of the big storm, so I could understand that. However, if he'd been on time, he wouldn't have had to hurry. I don't think it would have made a difference though. He was knowledgeable though. He just didn't convey it to me well.

Estaban and his team did a great job on our sprinkler systems but failed to fix the backyard lighting. I brought this to his attention the day the crew was at my house and one of his men supposedly fixed the lights, however they still did not come on at the designated time. The next day when I called him Estaban said he would be back out that day. That evening the lights still did not work. My husband finally replaced the timer himself and now my lights are working!

Gave me a verbal cost estimate for the work. It was pretty quick and there was nothing written, perhaps because is was a rather small project. Came the next day and installed the sprinkler system quickly. Pleased with the work.

Esteban arrived when he said he would. After asessing the problem his workers got right to work, fixed the problem. The fee for this work was very reasonable and no more than I expected.

My only issue was the company didn't have a reciept ready for me indicating the amount of the job or the warranty I was promised. I hung on to my check until the next morning till Estaban himself came with the reciept.

The owner, Mr. Rodriguez personally came out to our home to look at our landscaping and existing watering sytem. He said our front and back landscape watering system was all on one line. His crew installed lines for the trees seperate from the plants. He was very reasonably priced and his company did an excellent job with our watering system. In one week the trees in our front yard turned from brown to green, they were not receiving enough water to grow properly. He also added stakes to the trees to avoid wind damage. This company is honest and trustworthy. I will continue to use his services. This company is quick and reliable too.

Esteban and his team installed a new boarder and soded my lawn. In addition he found it wasn't level and to remove 5 inches of dirt to level the ground before installing the sod. Everything came out great
