Essex Replacement Door and Window Co. Inc. was established in 1977 by Dennis Panza Sr. in Bloomfield, NJ. The products that we provide include: steel, fiberglass and wood doors, vinyl windows, Marvin products, roofs, siding, window guards, fences, skylights, bulk-head doors and more!! Located in Scotch Plains, NJ, we provide a free estimate and are able to visit your home any time you desire. Our products are all Enerygy-Star qualified and meet the qualifications for the tax rebate. Certified in lead abatement, we will safely preform any job without posing any risk to the customer. All of our contracters are master carpenters, each with over 20 years of experience in construction. All contractors are employees of Essex Replacement Door and Window. Dennis was very informative about the products offered by Essex, and the price structure was well within my budget. The installers arrived on time and the work was done quickly and efficiently. The completed job has added a decorative touch to my house while giving my family a sense of security. My next door neighbor has already put in hisorder for window guards, and I will contacting Essex in the near future to replace my railing and fence.

Dennis was very professionally,explained everthing to me work was done in a timely manner, the workers were very friendly and professional, they cleaned up after the work was doneand I was more than pleased with the installation of my cellar door. One of the reasons we hired them was based on the recommendations from ServiceMagic. They came to the house, gave us a fair estimate and did the job. Unfortunately, the job is still incomplete. They would do the job on a Saturday and when I arrived from work on a Friday the bars were installed without us being there. The contractor they hired ruined our siding concrete. The window bars were too short and they had to resend them to patch up the concrete and the bars. The side gated door they installed looks horrible. We are still waiting for them to return our calls and complete the job.
