replaced a part that didn't solve the problem (and we had to pay for it). Thought part was bad & ordered a new one. Didn't fix problem. Finally found a solution. Lack of experience and knowledge and unfairly charged. Nice people tho.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Brad and his team were very responsive, explained the pertinent issues very well and were very comfortable to work with. I would have rated them higher in Quality except there was a leak in the gas line connector (hairline crack) from the installl, but when I discovered it the owner responded the same day and completed the repairs very quickly at no charge. His attitude was great as he demonstrated real concern for my family and showed that he was interested in backing up his work completely while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. I would definitely use Essential Plumbing again and would also readily recommend them to others.

I bought a new kitchen faucet and had Essential Plumbing come and install it. My granite countertop created a problem for the installation of the new faucet, so it took longer than they anticipated, but they did a good job with no complaints. Both plumbers were very professtional and courteous.
