Essential Home Inspections,LLC . I am a Certified AZ Home Inspector with over 25 years experience working in the building trades as a carpenter and as a electrician I inspect homes, condos, manufactoried homes, pools,and spas. I also will arrange for a termite inspection. My inspections are very thorough, and professional. The average inspection takes between 2-4 hrs. After the inspection my clients are invited to join me for a on site consultation to go over the inspection report and and ask questions. I will then e-mail the computer generated report with color photos describing any issues that should be corrected. The purpose of the home inspection report is to describe the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Essential Home Inspections, LLC is a accredited business of the BBB and currently has a A rating and has been given a 5 star rating by ServiceMagic.Com clients. this company is very efficient and gives you a in depth report of whats really going on in your house this is very important in your decision making when purchasing a home, none of us wants a money pit no matter how much you love the home. They take a lot of pictures and that is very important , so you can see the problems and determine if this is something that you want to do . I have had many home inspectors in the last three years and Essential Home Inspections will be the only one i will call in my future needs. They also have the Termite Inspection done for you by a professional company which is included in their great price.
