Did a great job for a very fair price, even though it was Saturday afternoon. Fixed an issue with my A/C as well as a leaky bathroom sink.

Thought we needed a new motor since the cords were wrapped around the fan. Took out the fan to get a new motor and noticed that the wires were cut. Repaired the wires and tested the motor to see if it would work and it did. He saved me $150.00 or more for not having to get this motor.

Project: Install or Replace a Swamp Cooler
The swamp cooler was installed while I was gone and my wife was at home. When I got home I went on the roof and noticed the swamp cooler was leaking at the overflow tube. I tried tightening it but it did not help, so I put a hose on it to drain into the gutter. I also noticed there was about a 3 inch gap between the hole in the roof and the sides of the swamp cooler, sending a lot of cool air on the roof. There was a place to screw the cooler and vent hole together and eliminate the gap, but it had not been done. We couldn't put in for the $100 Cool Cash rebate program because he lost the receipt from Home Depot.

They were great. I was expecting days or weeks for them to get out to our house but they came the same day I called (although they showed up a couple hours later than they said). They finished it all quickly and efficiently and I can't complain about the price. Great experience.
