He offered creative idesign ideas for my consideration. He had an impressive portfolio of completed projects. He came in on budget, performed the work on schedule. Cleaned up ness when done. Happy with the quality and results

They did a great job building a new front porch on my 1915 house. Terry did the design work and it looks like it was always there. I'm really popular with my neighbors now! 12/5/09 They still have not installed the railings.

The work quality was true craftsmen level, an excellent design, executed perfectly, professionally, on time and on budget. I would advise anyone to use this firm. The deck is beautiful and will last forever.

Terrie was the only contractor who brought samples of the different deck composite. Terrie was the only contractor who brought a photo book of many of the decks his company did. Terrie was the only contractor who was able to give me a written estimate on the spot. Terrie came with samples, a laptop, and a printer. He was able to work up the bid right on the spot. I spoke to 4 contractors from Service Magic and one contractor a friend recommended and Essential Extras had the best price. Due to the rainy weather, it was a month later before the deck was built.

althought the project isn't complete, Mr. Defraities is very profesional, friendly, respectful of our ideas and our budget, and has really great ideas himself along with a portfolio to back it up.

Terry and the crew that handled our project were very professional. The end results are the most important and quite frankly what we are paying for, but the getting their is what I remember when it comes to recommending a contractor to a friend. I feel I owe it to Terry to recommend him and his company to my friends and acquaintances as the getting their was, although at times a bit frustrating, in hind sight, probably as good as it gets. The end result of our deck project is what really counts and we couldn't be happier. We have gotten compliments from friends, family and some complete strangers. Thank you Terry, Greg
