The job was completed over a year ago. Worked with Ben and he was personable and professional. Mudjacking was performed on the front steps to the house. When the mudjacking was completed the steps looked good, and was told that there would be settling up to about a half an inch, which I thought was acceptable. However, the steps have continued to "settle" and it is currently at more than an inch. I kind of feel that I am back to where I started, minus the money.

the first part of the project (mud jacking) hsd bnrrn completed as promised. They did a good job with the concrete work and a great job with the cleanup.

Jason was the person that I have had contact with and was nice to deal with. We did most of negotaiting over the phone or internet. However, I never had anything in writing except for an e-mail
with the price and what the procedure would intail. I would have like to have a bid written up and presented to me instead of receiving a short e-mail from the internet.
Second, this was never brought up but I assumed that after they finished with the mud-jacking they would have smooth over the cracks with sealer. Jason informed me that this was the home owners responsibility.
Overall, they did a good job and I am happy with the work.
