Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Was prompt. Recognized probable cause of blockage quickly. Used powered Auger into roof vent to find and extract item causing blockage within 45 minutes of arrival. Was courteious throughout effort. I've already reccomended Ernie's to other friends and neighbors and KNOW he is our LIons Club choice for plumbing services.

This company arrive promptly and provided a quote upon make an assessment of the problem, which was a leaking shutoff valve to the bathroom sink. The work was done correctly. However, I think the price quoted was slightly higher than it would have been with my regular plumbling service that provides a $90.00 service call that includes all work done within the first hour. By comparison, Ernie Plumbling brag that they do not charge a service or travel charge but their quote definitely is equal to these charges. I paid $268.00 for the replacement of both the hot and cold water cutoffs.

This is a followup on the plumber that I hired. I used Ernie's Plumbing Servive for my repair. I must say that their representive that did the work was very professional in doing the work. Curtis explained to my wife and I what was required and what the cost would be. In the future if I have need to call a plumber, his company is who I will call. Also, I will recommend he and his company to anyone who needs help. Thanks again for your service to me.

Immediate response to my request, Came promptly. Technician knowledgable and personable. Cost half of what I paid for the same service about 2 years ago with another contractor. Company followed up with a phone call to be sure I was satisfied. Would defintely use again and recommend to anyone.

Requested service on Friday afternoon, received phone call within a few minutes, technician was there at 9:00 A.M. as scheduled, project evaluated, suggestions made, and toilet installed by noon. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will use them in the future.
