I just wanted to state that I'm taking this survey and the project has not been completed we just got permits and that's what the delay was. So far everything with the contractor has been terrific. But the project has not been finished yet, we just got started on the construction were in the excavation period right now and we probably have about three weeks worth of work to go, so your welcome to call me back for a post-construction survey. As of right now he is truly terrific the entire step of the way.

We had a plumbing leak and had to replace kitchen and bathroom cabinets, repair walls, and replace flooring. We took this opportunity to remodel bathrooms and upgrade kitchen lighting. Wayne made many design suggestions we liked and he truly listened to our wants. His bid was in line with others but with added value. Although the project stretched out much longer than we had expected, the overall quality is superb. We appreciate that no matter what we brought to Wayne’s attention as not meeting our expectations, there was never any pushback on addressing the concern. ECH worked with us to make it right and our house is beautiful.

There were problems with a sub-contractor who was hired by Mr. Erickson. He, Kenneth Roberts, would not return to finish the job. Mr. Erickson sent in his own workers to complete the metal roofing job. It took longer to get the problems fixed than I had hoped, but I am satisfied with the results.

Within one week of signed contract the special order roof materials were delivered and completely installed. He paid ECH in full after my sub contractor, him and myself assessed completion of the roof project to be 100%. The next day he found very small punch out items, of which one item required a special order roof trim necessary to complete the punch list that was out of stock. Ultimately when the material finally was delivered ECH's own in house handy man completed the very small items. Although there were circumstances beyond ECH's control he was very satisfied with the completion of this project.

Erickson Custom homes was easy to work with and they communicated well with us. When we had issues arise they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

I can't say enough good things about them. They built our huge garage exactly as we requested. In the design phase they offered great suggestions that improved the project. The staff for the various stages were very professional, did an excellent job and finished ahead of schedule. Wayne came by almost everyday to check on things and to touch base with us. The project was done in record time. The great weather helped but I have to say that Wayne knows what he's doing when planning the project and the quick completion has a lot to do with his assuring that the materials were available when the workers needed them.

I was in need of renovating a couple of rooms so that my elderly Mother would be able to move into my home. In my search I found Erickson Custom Homes. I was impressed with Wayne and his presentation. His crew is very professional and courtious. They were on time and on budget. The work was beautifully completed. I found that Wayne Erickson had an ability to take my thoughts and put them into a design plan that I could say "that's exactly what I was thinking!" I highly reccomend using Erickson Custom Homes.

He is such a great guy -- honest!!! and lovable -- this is our second experience with him thanks to Servicemagic.

We LOVE working with Wayne. He is always so very nice and we're guessing that even when he is frazzled we won't be able to tell!
