Bob Erickson was friendly and fairly efficient. Job was done quickly, although he did not have an air compressor with him (something that is kind of necessary for the job) - luckily we had one on hand. He only charged the permit fee for pulling the permit ($50 in our case), whereas quotes from other professionals included a lot of extra time and were as high as $368 just for the permit. His assistant is still learning the job. Overall we were happy with the service and the price.
