Eric was professional, on-time and came the same day of our request. He is very personable and knows what he is doing. I would hire him again.

Left my wall a mess. Cut multiple holes and was asked to remove a wall plate, fill it in the texture everything to match the rest of the wall. You can see clearly where the multiple cuts were made and it's not blended with the rest of the wall, and the plate used to cover the hole left by the wall plate sticks out like a sore thumb.

Customer was given the opportunity to have a new speaker wire ran but, instead chose the cheaper option. Our work satified the customer so much we received a tip so, not sure why we received this rating. Also, we were chosen to do this to fix what a previous subcontractor messed up. Very willing to discuss with issue with customer but, never received a return phone call.

Eric was very professional and helpful. He completed the job in a very timely manner.
