City: Longmont Project: Handyman for Multiple Small Projects We purchased a house as rental property and hired Equity Builders to do several upgrades to the home including interior painting, bathroom remodel, carpet replacement, basic electrical, hedge… Read Complete Rating We purchased a house as rental property and hired Equity Builders to do several upgrades to the home including interior painting, bathroom remodel, carpet replacement, basic electrical, hedge trimming, and several other clean-up/fix-up items.  Jeff does a good job and is fair in his pricing.  I didn't need to watch over his work.  The work quality of his helpers was not as good as Jeff's quality (painting in my case).  I'd also like to see more organized invoicing.  Overall I'd recommend Jeff over other handyman companies based on price/performance - better than average quality at a reasonable price.  See All Ratings
