Homebuyers spend on the average $300 for a home inspection and $400 for an appraisal. Your "conclusive" mold test costs $450 ($250 inspection plus $200 for the lab work) which is more than either one of the previously mentioned expenses. The $250 "non-invasive" inspection is of little value becasue it doesn't answer the question, "do we have mold or not?". I would recommend not even offering that as a product. Instead, offer a "conclusive" investigation and charge a price more in line with a home inspection so more buyers would be willing to spend money for your service.  See All Ratings
