Dave Bonasera inspected our laundry room tiles after we broke a toxic mercury thermometer on the tiles. We cleaned it with shaving cream per EPA instructions, but that left black marks on the tile and no certainty as to whether the spill was actually cleaned up. I ordered a product online, HgX, which contains sulfur, to clean the tiles with better results. I will always have HgX on hand now for any mercury spills. ESP was able to verify that the mercury was cleaned up and no toxic remnants were left behind. He is very knowledgable about environmentally friendly procedures and products. I didn't need to replace my tiles.

Wow! A company that shows up on time and does with work with great attention to detail. What's not to like? Additionally, they gave me good advice on how to maintain my marble and grantie surfaces to minimize wear and future repairs.

David realized he chose a color for the hearth crack that didn't quite blend with the granite. He got his dremmel, removed the color and repaired the crack again. It looked beautiful!!! The crack virtually disappeared! Michael and Daniel did a wonderful job in the bathroom too. The counter top looked like new when they were finished!! All of them protected the surrounding areas very well and kept their work areas clean. It was a pleasure working with them.

As it turned out, I may need need repair on my countertops but David called me right back and I was very impressed with his expertise and the time he spent consulting. David gave us good advice and provided an estimate of work to be done to help us deal with the insurance company after we suffered a big plumbing leak in pipes embedded in the slab under the house. Hardwood and tile floors were to be demolished and replaced after the plumbing problems were solved. The project is to be completed when the insurance company gives us their OK to go ahead.
