Cockroach problem solved! Friendly, polite, and answered all our questions (he knew what he was doing). Cost seemed pricey to me but I'm not sure what other companies would have charged. Bottom line, they fixed the problem.

Environmental responded immediately to my home and provided a thorough examination of my attic area which is large and hard to navigate around. Where others had trouble gaining access to, Rick was able to access and provide me with an accurate assessment and diagnosis of the problem. Rick recommended a reasonable common sense solution and didn't oversell his services. Within 5 minutes after his complete inspection I received a proposal via email. After the 3rd estimate on the next day I called Environmental at 11am and by 1pm Rick responded and completed the job. A week later no more mice! Highly Recommend ETPCS.
