As a third-party firm, ESG is unique in the Triad in that we do not offer any remediation services in order to avoid a possible conflict of interest. This means our investigators have nothing to sell other than their own expertise. ESG has assessed over 2000 properties for hazardous materials and uses a proven methodology trusted by property owners, builders, schools & government officials, doctors and attorneys. Our thoughtful investigators are trained experts in identifying the issues leading to indoor air quality issues. They are also expert communicators and understand the importance of communicating the facts in an understandable manner.

Walt and Dan were incredibly well-informed, clear, and clearly dedicated to protecting their clients' health from toxics and particulates. Craig Whitaker was eager to answer all my environmental questions, not only with respect to the house, but Greensboro in general.
