HARD TO RATE THIS AS HAVE NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROBLEM INVOLVED. MOLD ISSUES APPEAR TO BE RESOLVED AND, AS FAR AS I KNOW A GOOD JOB WAS DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICE MY ONLY MISGIVINGS IS THAT I WAS PROMISED A LIST OF ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE DISCARDED. I EVEN WAS PROMISED PHOTOS OF THE DISCARDED ITEMS. I NEVER GOT EITHER ONE EVEN THOUGH I PHONED AND REQUESTED THEM.

IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR QUALITY, HONESTY, AND TRUE PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS CRITICAL AREA OF CONCERN, DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME LOOKING BEYOND ROY WHITE AND HIS COMPANY, HE WAS BY FAR THE BEST SPECIALIST AND I'M MORE THAN HAPPY WITH OUTCOME.

Environmental Services Group was very professional in their approach to helping us resolve our mold problem. They were the only ones we talked to that did microbiological testing. They recommended against some of the costly alternatives that other providers suggested. We were beginning to lose hope that we could solve our problem, but in a couple of days they made things look a lot better. We now have a stable, acceptable environment to live in as we assess next step in our home improvements.
