On the one hand, I appreciated how quickly they got back to me. On the other hand, I was very clear about what I wanted tested and they squeezed a charge for an extra 'layer' even though I was clear that I only wanted one layer tested. I was quoted a price for a job n the phone. They did not live up to their price.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Asbestos can be found in both floor tile and mastic (the glue that holds the tile down). Had we not analyzed both layers, one of the layers may have contained asbestos and would not have been identified.
