We are so happy w/hiring of the company. They are courteous, informative, checked everything out & quoted appropriately. They were on time, friendly, very professional & got the job done very quickly. I had called other companies & when they came out (some didn't even bother to show up), they didn't do much & just wanted to get us the most expensive a/c's they could so they could get their commission & didn't even really check out our central air issues. We highly recommend this company without any objections. Want it done right, quoted right, checked out right, this is the company to call!!! God Bless them!

I used home depot who sent these people out (I think). I don't know the names of the people other than the sales rep who wass Bobby. this is a ridiculous survey

Very fair price, on time service, did everything they said they would do and put it in writing, All work was done neatly, covered all floors and carpets inside while working, Courteous, knowlwedgeable technicians. Replaced the entire system in about 6 hours. Installed the brand of equipment that I requested.

Ed Compos's crew arrived on time. They spread tarps throughout the house to keep it clean. Ramon explained to me what they were doing as far as changing out the heat-pump and how to operate the new thermostat. Everything was done on a timely basis. Ed knew I wanted to get my Texas rebate paperwork in as soon as possible so he made a special trip and brought the paperwork the same day it was installed. I have already recommended him to a friend. I would use Environmental Air-Care again. Al Gauthier

Edward wasn't able tofind the noise...but the hvac wouldn't make that noise that day! System has run quietly ever since.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Workers were late and left an hour later for breakfast. Two of three workers did there jobs. Third worker didnt accomplish much in three days. Mr. Campos offered another A/C unit that was reasonable. The third worker walked off job. Called Mr. Campos, came and finished both jobs. Thank You Mr. Campos. Worker: a $14,000 job, if you offer freebies for the contract, I'm not going to turn them down. but if you offer a freebies, I expect you to keep your word. So beware if offered freebies for contract have them write it into contract. Also be careful of the praise, it's only hook to get on good side. Right MY FRIEND, You know what I m mean?
