They were prompt in contacting me after initial information request was submitted.  They followed up with a couple of phone calls, confirmed the appointment the day prior and showed up AHEAD of time for the appointment.  The service tech, Mike, was polite, professional and friendly.  He answered all the questions I asked.  I am currently waiting for the test results for which I have been given a projected date for a verbal response.  I do not expect any issues based on the professional way I have been treated so far. <br />Follow up on receiving results:  took some follow up to get test results therefore they lost a star
