A very concerned, helpfull, and knowledgable company, would use again and recommend. Was at my home within 1/1/2 hours of calling them, due to my concern and stress. Wonderfull!!!!!!

I did not have my home tested for mold and mildew. Tom and Luanne suggested I have one of the air purifiers brought into our house to see if it would make a difference and then if it did we would know that we needed a whole house test. It cost us nothing to bring the machine in and Tom called us everyday to ask me how we were feeling and to tell me what to do next with the unit. I had a positive and satisfying experience with this company and would absolutely recommend and work with them again.

Inspection was valuable; Not sure yet how competitive their remediation services are -- seems very expensive for minor issue.

The most costly aspect of the services quoted was the DUCT CLEANING, which is outsourced to a NACDC Contractor. The initial cost for that is 400-550.Removing the contamination from an entire home is not a small issue. Knowledge, skill, equipment and costs are involved. We price as low as possible.

Service Magic recommended 3 experts. Within 5 minutes of filling out the online form, my phone rang. It startled me since it was 7:45 AM !!! Luanne, from Air & Enviro Solutions, was both knowledgeable and professional. I made an appt. w/her to test my home for mold. Later that afternoon, the other two companies called and with each call, I became a little more knowledgeable about how they each tested for mold. The second two were similar in their processes and answers so I called Luanne back to question her a little more. After that second conversation, I was convinced I had made the right choice choosing Air & Enviro Solutions.

They called me back right away after I submitted my request to Service Magic. Luanne was very friendly and she sent Tom right out for the consult either the next day or two days following our initial contact. The results of our test came back in a timely manner and Tom brought them over (dodging a tornado no less) to our house to review them with us. We will be using Tom & Luanne for remediation of our issue as well.
