Project: Gutters & Downspouts - Clean
Had them out to clean gutters on 7/24/09. Used cleaner that was so strong it took the paint off my gutters. Was told that they would come out the next week to paint my gutters and fix the problem and I am still waiting. I have called 3x to get someone back out to solve this problem. Called again on 8/14/09 and was told they would be here on Monday, August 17th to paint the gutters. They asked is I would leave out one of our ladders so they could use it. Told them "no problem", just fix the problem. They did not show up today and no phone call. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau next to register a complaint.

I think they did a nice job overall. The contractors were very good, in comparison to pricing to other companies they were very good. My only problem was getting my final mold report.
