I can't rate EnviroCritter on quality, since he didn't call us back after we agreed to use him. We tried to reach him multiple times in the week following our request, but we managed to resolve the problem ourselves - admittedly based on his excellent advice as to what to do until he could help us out. Though he didn't return our calls, in doing so he saved us $300+ dollars.

Jake is Amazing!!!! I have a baby on the way and he ensured that all my bases were covered and gave me a piece of mind. He was very professional, informative & a pleasure to work with. He took his time to answer my questions and even advised my husband of additional pointers. I will be calling him should I need his services again!!!!
