The problem can originate from sudden water releases, like a burst pipe or large spill that goes untreated, or from a chronic condition, such as a leaking roof or plumbing. High humidity or warm, moist air condensing on cool surfaces can trigger mold problems. Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. has the training and experience to: identify moisture sources, evaluate mold growth (visible or suspected), contain damage to the smallest area possible, physically remove contamination, dry materials to ensure that mold will not return, and perform or recommend procedures for returning property to a pre-loss condition.

Excellent response to my mold remediation issue. I was completing the sell on my house and mold was found under a kitchen sink cabinet during the home inspection. The company was very responsive to my need for timely resolution of the remediation. The company had estimated one day to remediate the mold with contingencies of another day based on the extent of mold damage in to the drywall and other cabinet areas. Mold remediation was performed within the estmated time of one day, even though the mold problem was more extensive than I had hoped. The mold remediation process was documented thoroughly with pictures for insurance claims.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results of the work done by his crew. Marty is a very personalable person to do business with and wouldn't want to have this done by any one else. The crew was careful during the distruction process and removed only what was necessary! very highly recommended

Mold treatment Problems: 1 They convinced my wife that they had to ruin perfectly good cabinets and destroyed 8K worth of custom cabinets that really only needed cleaning. 2 They set up a containment field with no ventilation then proceeded to walk through the house with contaminated material. 3 Chemicals were spilled onto one of our beds but they denied. They tore off not just contaminated material but asphalt treated bagasse board that only had mortar stains on it exposing the outside brick wall. 4. They didn't even know what the CDC was! What an expensive rip off. DON'T DO IT.Do it yourself and spray after tear off w/ chemicals
