The back office was very responsive. They called within 30 minutes of submitting my work-order request. However, when they provided rates, they did not indicate that TWO electricians would be sent out, and that I would be paying the hourly rate for BOTH of them. My job was a small job in a tiny bathroom, but being that it's a tiny bathroom, there was no way the second guy could be of any assistance other than to stand outside the bathroom and hand the first guy tools. I used these guys because my normal electrician was unavailable and I needed the work done quickly, but I think I'll be returning to him. They were pleasant, but expensive.

Project: Install Telephone Jacks or Wiring
Nice guys but NOT phone or data compotent. I hired them and was quoted an hourly price. They sent two guys, negleted to mention the hourly price was per guy and I was paying double. They did not have much expertise in phone and ethernet wiring, and actually lacked the proper tools (and I saw one looking up a wiring disgram not knowing how to wire a ethernet plug) for testing and trouble-shooting. I got a few of the phone lines working, but they were unable to resolve any of the ethernet issues. The bill came over $1000, which I managed to at least negotiate down to remove an hour of their travel time.

Both the back office and the electrician were very professional and very timely on providing quote. Arrived on time and completed job as estimated. Basement remodel, iInstalled 16 new pot lights, dimmer switches, & 3-way switches in time estimated- 1 1/2 days. Price was reasonable comparred to other bids received. 5 star in all areas.

Electrician came at the appointment time. He was very thorough and found the problem fast. He worked just under an hour to get it fixed. The electrician charged the agreed amount. All in all a very pleasant experience. If I have any further electrician needs I definitely will want to use the same electrician/company Electrical Contractors

The electrician quickly found the problem and then noted that I would be paying for a 1 hr service call anyway and did I want him to check a few related things while he was there. Very impressed with his initiative and customer service.
