Review by Beth G.in Brecksville, OH Project: Build or Replace Wheelchair Ramps
Andrew Elbert is a very kind and well intentioned man who knows his products well. But he has a lot to learn about running a business. On 10/25/10 a plan was drawn up to be done in 2-3 weeks, approved plans to be sent to me within 48 hrs. To sum up numerous phone calls and emails were not answered in a timely fashion, $100 was added to the quote at the end but he agreed to drop it. The job wasn't completed until JAN. 11, 2011.The entire holiday season passed without the ramp- we struggled only once to get my parents into our home. Great product, but he needs to learn basic customer service- return calls promptly and get the job done in the time frame requested.
