Enhanced Services Unlimited was founded in January 2001. Its chief operation then was landscaping and lawn maintenance. We don't provide these services anymore. Early on I have discovered that I have been surrounded by "landscapers". You know what I am talking about, a couple of guys, a shovel, wheelbarrow, and a pickup. I wanted to make sure I was not stereotyped in this category so, I diversified the business. We now offer lawn irrigation services. I know there are a bunch of companies out there offering lawn sprinkler service, but not to our degree. Here are a few examples of services that set us apart from our competition : Proper design or adequate coverage. We ensure you will not be watering concrete and we will ensure your system water your annuals enough to prosper. Backflow Prevention. This is a LAW. You must have proper backflow protection for your system. Backflow prevents any water in your sprinkler pipes from getting siphoned back into your household water supply in case a Main line break for example. This especially important if you have pets that do their "business" outside in the lawn or you have fertilizer applied to your lawn. I don't want any chance of drinking that water. Water conservation. We offer many different ways to save water. Some examples are: Rain Sensor, Moisture Sensors, Water Conserving Nozzles, Seal A Matic Pop-ups. These are just a few services we provide for our customers. We also have service appointments on weekends and evenings to help better serve you. Our service area is very vast. We service all of Western PA and some outlying areas. We do seasonal maintenance system start-up or blowout for $80. This is the least expensive rate in our service area. This rate is only for residential customers only. Commercial accounts are welcome.
