Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair
Real Fast work. Replaced Pipe Boot Covers with a new type of cover that did not blend in with other boot covers that were black around pipe. New boot covers stand out. I am sure that there is some type of tar coating that he could have placed around boot cover to make them blend in with color of roof. $250.00 for 15 minutes of work.

We use aluminum pipe collars because they last longer than the plastic ones which are susceptible to cracking. We inspected the roof, reattached and sealed all of his flashing, installed 3 pipe collars, patched the shingles and had 2 visits to the home. Thank you for your business.

The contractor contacted me by email soon after I sent the request for information. He came by the next day for a estimate. I hired him the next day. There was a short delay to perform the work due to heavy rain during this time. The work was performed quickly.
