The service men worked very hard until the work was done. They were very courteous. They even helped me carry the Christmas stuff from the basement. They also explained exactly what they did and went above & beyond fixing a few things that wasn't there responsibility. It was a positive experience all around.

They did a great and timely job in fixing our conditioning. When we had additional trouble a few weeks later they fixed it at no charge. In my opinion they stand by their work - a policy more companies should follow.

I sent a request through this system on a Saturday morning. The hottest day of the year I might add. I received about 4 calls from contractors and each one of them couldn't service our AC until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Enhanced called @ 9:30 and told me they would be there between 12 and 2 on Saturday. They called back @ 11:00 and said they would be at my place within 30 minutes, and to his word he was ringing my bell at 11:30. Tech was knowledgeable, personable and just an overall good person. He made a statement that rang true for me. Enhanced AC is an EMERGENCY service company. Call them before anyone else!

Enhanced Heating & Air Conditioning were very helpful and friendly. I called for air conditioning service around 1:30 pm and they worked to get a technician to my house the same day. In fact, the technician was at my house by 4:30 pm. The only reason i did not give all 5 stars is because one minor service was left unperformed. However, I can't hold that completely against the company as he did have the air conditioning working before he left. I would certainly recommend Enhanced Heating & Air Conditioning!

came out same day I called in the heat wave and fixed my AC unit. part wasn't available on truck so they went to get it and came back within an hour.

I was very impressed with Enhanced Heating and Air Conditioning. They fit us in despite being very busy during the first heat wave of the summer. Joe was great in diagnosing the problem and Ryan was efficient while fixing it, despite having to work in a very hot attic. We were very thankful. I am not sure as to what these types of repairs would usually cost, that is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.
