Charged a large fee just to come to my house, very slow in providing work, tried to charge huge fee for totally incomplete work. Three different contractors told me his plans were unusable. Settled with him for under $3000 only because I had added a line to his contract setting a maximum value to be paid under the contract unless explicitely updated in writing. Had to return all plans to him under settlement agreement. Hired another engineer to start from scratch. Other engineer charged less than half and did a great job in less than a week. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews before completely wasting alot of money.

This client is mostly correct; however, hshe only paid $840.00 to start the work. I begain at teh roof tracing loads which took a lot of time and I found a lot of problems with the house. Not all of the problems will be abated with support in tehbasement. I hope the other engineer has good insurance when the house starts to shift and sag. The client will surly hold him responsable for all that goes wrong in the future. I hope she paid the other engineer the extra $2160 she claimes to have paid me. I wish te hengineer a lot of good luck.

Very wishy washy on price and vague about keeping a set rate of cost. Did not keep his word on reviewing our project and then raised his price three times and kept trying to gouge us for more money on a project we got done by another engineer for less than 1/3 of what Engineering Inc. tried to charge us. All in all i would not ever recommend this firm nor will we seek to do any kind of business with them again. Honestly I wouldn't even give them a one star rating but you don't have a zero rating so they get the one star.

It is unfortunate that some unlicensed, California contractors know very thing and therefore they have difficulty learning anything. This client wanted to purchase some engineer's seal and signature to certify his design without paying for any verification, engineering work. Perhaps he will become licensed an knowledgeable in ethics and the building process before continuing his career in Georgia.

This project took four weeks longer than needed. We had a promise date of May 7 and finally received the plans on June 4. No discount was given for failing to meet contractual date and I was charged the maximum amount of the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have no need for the final project to be completed in any reasonible timeframe.

Pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable.

He does go the extra mile to work out the problems. Make sure you read and understand the contract you sign up front so that you know what to expect. His report is much more detailed than the other company.

It took a while ot get an appointment set up, and the engineer had to return once to collect details for drawing up plans. That said, the plans were exactly what I needed to give the contractor to fix the problem.
