Great value for the money! Professional, courteous, and very experienced. Diagnosed the structural deficiencies and provided us with detailed sketches with measurements of what he recommends to remedy the problem. I can now easily give the plans to someone I hire to fix the problem. Like I said, one gets a lot of value for the money. Very thorough, attentive, and detail-oriented.

His hourly rate is such that my total bill was less than the hourly rate quoted by others. 30 years of being lic in Colorado and no failures or complaints on Dept of Regulatory Agencys. (DORA). prompt. friendly. Little delay in getting the report, but was there the next morning.

I live in a house with known structural issues in two different places in the roof. We contacted Cecil because of concerns of how much weight the roof could handle under winter snow; we were also seeing cracking in the walls. When he arrived, without knowing the history of the house, he immediately started saying he thought the roof structure was fine -- nothing to worry about. It took our insistence for him to look in the attic. He didn't even notice the structural problems other pros have told us about. It was definitely a waste of money to call him. He spent more time telling us about his divorce than really looking at our home.

The above statement is totally false. I received a note from this person thanking me for my time & report. After discussing with them what my opinion was as to why a small section of the basement floor was heaving, they provided me a home inspection report concerning three items in the attic, but didn't have any access to the attic. I made a trip back after a ladder, spent 30 minutes in the attic and discussed the three items with them and in the report with calculations. 5hrs time involve & 2.5 charged. They didn't live in the house & evidently wanted a way out of their contrat

Cecil was very helpful and gave us the exact paperwork we needed to get a permit to build a garage.

Super fast response, and Cecil was able to make it out for our inspection the next day... On a Saturday. He is very knowledgable and I highly recommend him.
