My only comment regarding Mr. Kennedy was that he forgot our first appointment and we rescheduled for the following day. At that point, he was on time, very professional, very polite, and seemed to do a good job.

Mr. Kennedy showed up at the agreed upon time and was cordial, efficient, and thorough--a professional in every aspect. We were under a tight time constraint and needed the appraisal done quickly.
