UPDATE: the owner called us to complain about this review and said my claims were untrue. they never confirmed an appt. My mother asked crew for invoice and we got a piece of paper. Was happy with work but owner's response was unprofessional They were very quick, but just came out and did the work,never set up appointment, just gave us a quote over the phone showed up one day. My parents happened to be at our house for another project. Quoted one price by crew that did the install, but they just left price on a torn off piece of paper. That number jumped when we went to pay. But the end price was what was quoted over the phone originally.

I respectfully disagree with this review. We always schedule an appointment that is convenient to the homeowner. They did confirm that the day their parents would be at their home would be the best day to repair their gutters. The price that was quoted to them by me was the price they did indeed pay. My crews do not quote jobs nor are they allowed to. They will, however, collect the check at the completion of a project. At that point we mail out a "PAID" invoice to the homeowner as such in this case with warranty information. We try to be very quick and efficient to get to our customers to satisfy their needs.-Steve Butner, Owner

I am rather mixed by this group. The turn around time was wonderful - first contact - almost immediate, to the quick return calls. Everything was handled on the phone, which as it turned out worked out well for me (i have limited time to take off work). The drawbacks, 1) the job was bid incorrectly. 2) was not notified when they got on the job site. 3) the clean up took a second trip to pick up all of the nails, screws, and uneaten snacks(new crew). The upsides: 1) very quick service! 2) willingness to work to correct the original quote to a mutually satisfactory amount, 3) Quality of job - shouldn't need repaired in my lifetime!

I would recommend Energy Secure Solutions to anyone that asks me. They completed the job within 3 business days of my call, and it looks fantastic.

Steve Butner gave us a very fair price and stands behind his work! He wouldn't let me pay until the job was done right. We had a small hiccup with the gutter install but Steve made sure the installers fixed it. He has very high standards and backs them up!
