Fast response, called 5 seconds after I completed my request. At my house within 45 mins, and diagnosed the problem within 5 mins. From the time I sent the request to the time I signed my invoice was less than 2 hours! Price was a little high, but it was worth it considering the fast and friendly service.

Energy Plus called in less than a minute of my sending my request. He arrived in less than an hour, he fixed the furnace and provided information about our particular furnace that others had overlooked in the past. He even put booties on his feet before he entered my home to protect my hardwood floors. Energy Plus is exactly what it says ... ENERGY - PLUS - he completed the job with great service and care and well-within my budget.
